This is a common issue, especially when multiple requests are being submitted, which can sometimes cause delays or failures.
So, don’t lose patience—keep trying, and it should eventually work. You can also try clearing your browser cache and then attempt the request again, as this sometimes helps resolve the issue.

First Install the Software asset management Professional plugin
Then try with "Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins" , it will work.
