Problem with Task 1 simulation of Micro-certification welcome to servicenow (xanadu)

I do the simulation task well, which consists of impersonating a user, changing the format of the date and time, configuring the preferences dintences to display the tips on the forms.
But when I validate the task I get a failure yet everything is correct I need your help

Select Request Lab Instance . Once the lab instance is ready and running, select Open My Instance .
After following the instructions below and completing the task, select Validate Task .
NOTE: This simulator will automatically log you in as a system administrator. You will immediately be prompted to impersonate a Platform User . You will not need to perform this step in your organization's instance.
Task Instructions :
1. Impersonate a Platform User .
2. Configure your instance preferences to display date and time formats on forms.
3. Configure your instance preferences to display form tips .

Hi @YVANCABRELL ,
I have seen similar kind of issues in the past, follow below...
You need to impersonate the Platform User account (not another user with elevated rights), then go into Preferences > Accessibility to enable both Show date and time format on forms and Show help tips on forms, save those settings while impersonated as Platform User, because many people had the task fail simply because they set those preferences under Display instead of Accessibility, even though they impersonated someone else or used the wrong category...
