Profile and Setting Error

I have this issue when i click on profile and setting, and i did everything but i am still getting this issue, i changed laptop/mobile and also change browsers, wifi and clear cache but still this issue is occuring, tell me what i do next? because it's urgent for me to update my profile. Is anyone know how to resolve this issue.

Is your SSO in sync?

If you are still facing this issue, try to remove cache and login back. 

Try Incognito or private window and check if it's still not working. Raise a case in the Help Center, support team will help you.
