Section 01 : 
If User select the Only below Options user request will go to "Business Stockholder'
Or Multiple selection questions. If user select any of those options or all highlight Business Stakeholder 
1.Submit Bulk Requests
2.Approve Requests
3.Read-Only Access to IT Data & Dashboards
4.Review Data


Section 02 : 
If User select the below Options user request will go to "ITIL'
Or "If user select any of those options or all highlight ITIL "
Note : If User select combination of 1st set and 2nd set
1.Create Dashboards
2.Work on ServiceNow Tickets
3.Fulfill Incidents, Requests, or Changes
4.Review & Route Tickets

1.Submit Bulk Requests
2.Approve Requests
3.Read-Only Access to IT Data & Dashboards
4.Review Data

And 


Requests routed to "Business Stakeholder" when selecting ANY of these options:
1.Submit Bulk Requests
2.Approve Requests
3.Read‑Only Access to IT Data & Dashboards
4.Review Data

Requests routed to "ITIL" when selecting ANY of these options:
1.Create Dashboards
2.Work on ServiceNow Tickets
3.Fulfill Incidents, Requests, or Changes
4.Review & Route Tickets

Note : If the user selects a combination of options from both lists, the request will be routed based on the ITIL group.
