Script Includes not being referenced.

I have a report created to get all the breached incidents assigned to a Parent group and all its child groups.

Hello,

I have created report and script include. When I include the parent group name in task.assignent group, I get all the incidents breached in PARENT group only.

When I include the script include, i'm not even getting incidents by assigned to Parent group.

I'm not getting the results of including all the child groups.

please help me identify the issue here and suggest the resolutions.

Hi @Shree Nag ,

As per your shared screenshot you are trying to pass the group sys-id from reports, it's static value so can you please add the sys_id in your script include directly and returns the related group

also checked the sandbox enabled to TRUE  and returns script include like- return finalGroup.toString();
