I am completing Service Operations Workspace Bootcamp, Lab 2-1. In Section 2, Step 11, I create the custom URL field "Cause Document Link" and click Save as instructed. The field does not remain on the form and is not created in the Problem table definition. I have repeated the exercise multiple times and refreshed the instance. Please advise whether this is a lab defect or an issue with my training instance. Please find attached image.
