The Build Agent ( Trail) not working on my partner insatnce

The Build agent is not working on my partner/Demo instance is not working. Despite all of them appears to be fine, I have Admin Rights. I had reinstalled the Build Agent ( Trail), It appears to be that, it not syncing properly with ServiceNow App store to provide the details. I have the Zurich of Build tag: glide-zurich-07-01-2025__patch4-11-14-2025  Please see the image below.  Please help to find the solution.

It looks like your Build Agent trial is not working because the App Store agreement has not been accepted for your instance. The red label “Store Terms Not Accepted” means the instance has not completed the App Store Terms acceptance, so it will not sync with the Store and the Build Agent app cannot activate.

You will need to:

  1. Log in to the ServiceNow App Store with the same account that owns or manages the Partner/Demo instance.

  2. Go to "Account Settings" and accept the Store Terms and Conditions.

  3. Return to your instance and run the App Store Sync again (All > System Applications > Applications > View All > Sync).

If your Partner/Demo instance was provisioned without Store entitlement, you may also need Partner Portal support to enable Store access. In that case, open a request through the Partner Portal and ask to enable App Store sync.

Once the terms are accepted and sync completes successfully, the Build Agent Trial should show details and activate correctly.
