Unable to see the google maps on the kb article

I am encountering an issue where the maps I upload to the Knowledge article are initially visible, but disappear once the article state is changed to "Published" or "Saved." The files I am uploading are in video format, and I am using the "Insert/Edit Media" option to embed them.

Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue and suggest a possible resolution? Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Check the console of your browser for any errors.

I have seen video errors in one of the versions of servicenow. This could be related to particular version or patch.

Try the same in your PDI as well.
