We've compiled answers to some of the most common questions we've been getting from folks, and wanted to share it with all of you:
What is the Impact Store App?
It's an app that lets you use all of Impact's features right on YOUR instance. If you haven't seen it yet - check out our post HERE to learn more.
How is the Impact Store App different from the IDE (Impact Digital Experience)?
1️⃣ You don't have to toggle between your instance and another website anymore
2️⃣ You'll work with your Impact team by using Service Bridge to connect your instance to the Impact Delivery Instance
3️⃣ All new Impact features will only be released in the Impact Store App
Do I have to pay extra for the Impact Store App?
Nope! If you're an Impact Guided, Advanced, or Total customer, it's included with your plan
How do I get the App and set it up?
You can get the Impact App on the ServiceNow Store HERE. We've got a 10 minute video HERE that shows you exactly how to set it up!
What's Service Bridge?
It's a ServiceNow product that connects multiple instances together and lets data flow bi-directionally. For more information about Service Bridge, check out our product documentation HERE.
Does Service Bridge cost me extra?
Nope! You get it automatically when you download the Impact App from the ServiceNow Store
Why do I need to configure Service Bridge?
Service Bridge connects your instance to the Impact Delivery Instance. This is where your Customer Success Manager, or other folks on your Impact Squad will be supporting you from.
What happens if I don't set up Service Bridge?

Can I install the Impact Store App in any environment?
Yes, but you do need to configure Service Bridge to get the most out of the Impact App. Service Bridge does require an internet connection to the outside world, so if you're deployed On-Premise on a closed network, for example, it won't work.
Where is the Impact Delivery Instance hosted?
For now, it's hosted in the US with instances in Commercial, GCC, and NSC environments, in Singapore (SPP-SG), and in Australia (SPP-AU). We are working hard to expand this into other countries!
How is the Impact Store App architected?
What tables are being synced between my instance and the Impact Delivery Instance, and what data is in those tables?
