Is Knowledge role is enough for user to upload the kb article, If not can someone guide me.

"knowledge" role is generally sufficient for a user to create, edit, and upload knowledge articles in ServiceNow.
But Rather than just relying on roles, configure the Can Contribute setting (User Criteria) in the Knowledge Base settings to allow specific users/groups to upload articles.
