Article Body filed is not visible on Service operation workspace . How to make visible or add

Hello Team ,
Article Body filed is not visible on Service operation workspace and this filed is mandatory .We are not able to create knowledge article via the service operation workspace .
I have checked all the UI policy ,Client script but there no any customization . In the backend View it's visible and working .
How to make visible Article body filed on service operation workspace ? Please give us any solution .

Hello,
May i know the steps you are following to create KB in the service operations workspace?
I just tried creating an article from the workspace & i am able to view the article body field..
Steps i followed :
From the left list on the Service workspace, I clicked on all articles --> New.
Then i was able to see the fields as shown in the first screenshot.

Yes It's correct . But clint still using Tokyo version . in that version we are not able to see the article body filed
