Create multi Ritm Based on List collector and workflow not getting on ticket

Hi community,

Multiple ritm created on based list collector but workflow not getting and on extra ritm created need to delete . 
Pls suggest me how to resolved these issue.

how to set when Extra ritm creating with due date is not empty then ritm shouldn't be create. |
Please suggest me how to can i do using script
