Hi Team,
Please, I just checked my CSA status and realized it is about to expire. I don't know how to fix it because it doesn't show or say I should take a delta test.

Hi @Bola1 ,
Please share the screen shot of that page.
Do you have CSA on your own expense or through employer's partner program.
Did you write last delta exam, if not then when did you get CSA cert first time.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi there,
You extremely need to hurry up if your CSA is at risk... the delta's close next week! ServiceNow communicated very well on this. How did you miss this?
Anyway, just login to Now Learning, and search for the CSA delta, and the top result is:
Again, do hurry up. Only a handful of days left! So most likely you also need to pass in one go, no time for a re-take as takes another 24hours.
You could try to raise a Now Learning case for extension, though reading your reason, not much luck on that.
Kind regards,

Does it not give you an option to fix the problem when you click on the at-risk cert? Or somewhere else when you log into Now Learning?
You may be due to pay the annual certification maintenance fee ($US200) which you need to pay before you can sit the delta. Again, steps to do that should appear when you log in or click on the at-risk cert.

Do you have any delta cert exam in 2023. Where is the Utah Delta.
If you don't see any option, open a case for help, Its very late for getting the help before 13-Feb.
