Error in creating action in flows

Hi All,

there is one user profile with admin role .. with this profile one is unable to create actions in flows . Any idea why? I checked all ACLs , roles with no luck. The action cannot be created in any scoped app also not in global app . Any idea what could be the issue?

@Hervi Please check if your user who is creating the flow has action_designer role assigned to them? This role is needed to create a new action within the flow.

@Hervi Does this issue occur with a specific user or no other admin user is able to create a custom action in the flow designer?

This is happening only for 1 dev profile
