Event stuck in ready state - no email is showing in Email logs

Hi community,

 

My instance just got an issue. When access to the Email Logs, I cannot see any email sent out when task is assigned to someone or put a comment on ticket (normally it should be there). I'm checking in the Events table and see some records are stuck in ready state, not sure if it's the reason. In that case, do you have any solution to fix it?

Actually I just sort it out following this KB0855277

I followed the case 3 and kill the transaction that cause this error.
