Export to PDF (portrait) functionality is not working in change request

when user is trying to export to PDF change request it is redirecting to blank page., how to resolve this.

Hi @prash4 ,
How this is behaving when you are trying the same.
If its working good for you, please ask user to check the same via incognito or clear the browser cache.

Thanks for the reply.
It is not working for admin too, when user try to click on export to PDF portrait or Landscape it is redirecting to blank page, only happening for change requests. other incident, Request item, problem etc., working as expected

did you check any read ACL is causing this issue.
also, what about other export options like XML, XLS, that is working or not.

Other than export to pdf, everything is working as expected.
