How to hide or grey out options in Action on selected rows for custom role or group

Hi Team,

We have created one custom role and provided all SAM tables with read access with that role. we done that. But on Actions on selected rows the user is able to see convert to Business service and convert to technical service ,create asset options are enabled. Pls guide here how to hide or grey out those options to that role or group.
