I am unable to link my email in webassessor account.

I am unable to link my email to my web assessor account. I resigned from my previous company but it is showing the email is already registered in your company. Now I cant log in to the company email because I do not have access, How can I register my email Is there any other solution for this??

Hi @Shyamala ,

 

I had similar issue last year.. Here is what i did...

 

1. I created a Case clearly mentioning the issue with my old and new email and the changes which are needed. (It did take time for them to respond ull have to keep paitence....).

2. On top of case i wrote email to them which lead to a quick action and resolving my issue real quick...

Hi @Shyamala  - create a case in Now Learning (in the Help Center). Don't worry it happens all the time so they can easily fix it for you. It might take a few days, however.

I already raised a case I didn't get any response from case. I hope it will resolve soon.
