Lost access to Now Learning Account

Hi All

I am in the process of transitioning to a new company and have merged my account to transfer my CTA certification to my new email address from my previous one. When I merged, I received an email stating: "We have identified an issue with your recent email update request. A ServiceNow representative will reach out to you via email to address and resolve this matter."

However, I am now unable to access both accounts and cannot log in.

Could anyone please assist me in resolving this issue?

@Palak5 Raise a case with now learning support or drop an email to training@servicenow.com. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Hi there,

 

You still do have a Now Learning account? Did you create a personal case?

 

Also an option, you can reach out to your companies ServiceNow account manager for assistance.
