Instamce Suspended Notification

My instance dev307142.service-now.com is currently showing as suspended with the message: "Please reach out to your sales contact to re-enable your instance."
Can someone help me understand how to get this reactivated?

Hi @Bhavya_,
it is very strange as dev307142 sounds like PDI so how is that linked to any business unit or sales. So whom to contact then? And PDIs doesn't have any official support, there is nobody to ask for help then.
Quick idea - what is the version of that instance?
I could imagine some issues in case that it would be "too old" (let's say more than 3 versions down) and it would need to be upgraded or released due to that fact.
Please can you check by stats.do?
I found some aged articles but they mentioned instances in "devNNN" and that seems not to be your case.
