Instance suspended

Hello.   We have a dev instance (dev281) that we use all the time, and it recently started getting this message when we go to it:

dev281.service-now.com is currently in a suspended state. Please reach out to your sales contact to re-enable your instance.

How can I un-suspend it?

Regards,

Dave

devXXX.servicenow.com instances were a part of the Certified Integration Program which has been replaced by the Technology Partner Program. These devXXX instances are out of band with the currently supported n-3 release support within our program. To regain technology partner instance access please visit tpp.servicenow.com, ensure you are up to date with our program agreements and guidelines and use the new Vendor Instances that are a now available for scoped application development.

If you have any specific needs for this, please contact technology.partners@servicenow.com

If it is a developer instance login to https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/home and go to manage instances. You can revoke your instance however you will lose your customizations.

Hi David,

The instance you are using is part of our TPP instances and not a developer instance. I've forwarded this information to another team and they will have a look into this issue.

Thank you,

Brad

Thanks, everyone.

David, when I go to tpp.servicenow.com, can I un-suspend access to dev281, or will I have to get a new instance?
