Jumping Cursor in SOW - anyone else?

I can only find posts on this from 2022 but since we upgraded to Washington we have experienced random jumping of the cursor to different fields in Service Operations Workspace. ServiceNow have so far provided no solution and it is starting to drive our agents insane as I'm sure everyone could appreciate. Has anyone else experienced this?

I actually have a video from one of our agents that had the same issue. The anomaly can be seen in the recording at Time markers 4:45, 6:15, and at 8:05.

This seems to have been resolved for us with patch 6 post Washington if that helps.

Hello, screenshots are of no use as the cursor jumps. We have an open case with ServiceNow and there may be videos/ HAR files in there.
