Jumping Cursor in SOW - anyone else?

I can only find posts on this from 2022 but since we upgraded to Washington we have experienced random jumping of the cursor to different fields in Service Operations Workspace. ServiceNow have so far provided no solution and it is starting to drive our agents insane as I'm sure everyone could appreciate. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am also been reported the same issue in Xanazu in HR workspace. Do you have any update what servicenow said on HI case?

We are only on Washington at the moment but this makes sense as it seems every time they upgrade to the new version they let this bug slip back in. You would need to raise with them directly and ask them to develop a patch to fix as a priorty and I would urge ServiceNow in future to check this as part of their upgrade design.

No updates on this issue yet. For some reason it just resolved on it's own so we still do not know the cause
