I currently in testing phase of MS teams intergration with ServiceNow for the chat feature. This is not including an emplooyee portal intergration at this time. We use a translation service Geofluent by lionbridge. It translates real time chats within ServiceNow in real time from native langage to native language the help desk agent uses. Has anyone used Geofluent with the MS teams intergration? Is it possible or would another service perform the translation?
