Regarding user criteria for Service Catalog

Hi All,

We have around 200 users in location A

I need to restrict a catalog item X for users with location A but it should be available for IT team of location A.

so you want to hide Item X to 200 users but want to show to any 1 of that user is that user belongs to IT team?

Is that a requirement?

What script did you start with? you need to use advanced script

Hi Ankur,

We want to hide item X from XYZ location but item should be visible to IT team from same XYZ location.

for this requirement we added user criteria is Available for as:  IT Team Group Name & Not Available for as: XYZ location.

But this is hiding catalog for IT team group members as they belongs to same location.
