User Criteria for service catalog

Hi All,

We have around 200 users in location A

I need to restrict a catalog item X for users with location A but it should be available for IT team of location A.

You should have a 'Not Available For' criteria for your Location A on these items, and then an Available For criteria for your IT Team group in location A. You can find this in the related lists of the catalog item.
