Scan Engine Properties are not working as expected

There is an option in the Scan Engine properties called “Exclude Suggestion Finding.”
As per the documentation , when this option is enabled, real-time messages for Suggest level findings should not be displayed.
I tried it, but I believe its not working as expected.

This property only applies when "Enforce real time validation is enabled". In that case, enabling "Exclude suggestion finding" will not display "Suggest" real time messages when you are blocked from creating a record due to the existence of a "Recommend" or "Act" level finding. Once you resolve the blocking messages or submit an exception, you will then see the "Suggest" level findings display

But its not explained this way in documentation. Its contradicting to what's provided in documentation.

It is supposed to honor this setting. We can patch it asap, but with a case you would be notified when it happens.
