Set up my demo instance to use ADCv2 load balancer

While trying to set up Certificate-based authentication within my instance I need to check that my instance is using an ADCv2 load balancer ( as described https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-platform-security/page/integrate/authentication/task/s... )

My instance is not using the ADCv2 load balancer, thus I need to contact Now Support.

Nevertheless I can't login to NOW SUPPORT :

If it is restricted to login via developer account, how could I deal with the configuration of my instance to use ADCv2 load balancer?

Regards,

Tesnim

Hi @tesnimk

PDI does not come with support, which means any issues related to PDI will not be handled by SN.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

Thanks for you reply. In such case, what are the possible options to test certificate based authentication in SNOW.

So devs cannot explore the certificate based authentication on developer instances by any way?
