The catalog item with the name problem is showing as empty?

"The catalog item 'problem management' is available, and the metadata 'problem' is added. However, when we search with the keyword 'problem,' the catalog item is not available in the portal."

@KarunakarJ Please check this KB article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0743809 and see if it addresses your issue. Apart from this does your instance have AI search enabled,  I have seen users facing issues with keyword search when the AI search is enabled on their instance.
