unable to add the comment in request from service portal

Enduser tried to add a comment to the request he raised, but access was denied. He was unable to add the comment in ServicePortal. What could be the cause and solution?

Hi @KarunakarJ Check the "sc_request.comments" ACL, it should provide the write access to end user role.
