Unable to edit form in Catalog Catalog Builder as form in Published State.

The scenario would be, once a form is published, but needs to be edited in Catalog Builder.

I want to edit the form in catalog builder but when I tried to edit the form so those changes were not reflecting in maintain item. Its showing in catalog builder but not in maintain item.
