The RITM ticket is stuck can we cannot do anything

When first SCTASK is closed (incorrectly) or skipped - the RITM ticket is stuck can we cannot do anything but cancel the ticket. We need the second and third SCTASK to spawn and closed before the RITM can be closed.

Can you share the (work)flow behind this RITM, because the issue is in there, but without knowing your setup, it's hard to pinpoint to the issue.
