User Inputs in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

 

We've noticed when using the OOTB Service Operations Workspace configuration, that 'User Inputs', that is: fields filled in on Incidents that were logged via request forms on our Employee Centre, are not visible anywhere. We want analysts attending incidents in SOW to be able to view these User Inputs. Is the only way to achieve this by customising the tool?

 

We have a requirement to minimise customisation because of organisational limitations on SNOW development resource.
