We are excited to announce a host of new ServiceNow Impact capabilities in the Australia Release!
The Australia Release is all about removing friction and accelerating value across every dimension of your ServiceNow investment. In this release, we’re bringing AI directly into your platform health remediation workflows, making it easier to discover and adopt the capabilities you’re already entitled to, and expanding Impact’s reach to your partner ecosystem — so more people can deliver and experience the value of ServiceNow.
Here are details of the key changes that we've made:
✨ Fix Scan Engine Findings with Now Assist (for Developers) ✨
Got platform health findings piling up? Now you can fix them faster than ever. Now Assist automatically generates code fixes for your scan engine findings and surfaces the findings that matter most. Through side-by-side code comparisons and a conversational interface you can review, revise, or accept AI-suggested changes and apply them at scale, all without leaving the Impact App. The result: a seamless end-to-end workflow that takes a finding from open to resolved and keeps your instance secure, fast, and upgrade-ready.
Note: A Pro+ SKU and Now Assist credits are required to access this feature. Available to Impact Guided and Total customers.
Discover and adopt your entitled capabilities faster
The Capabilities Map has a brand-new homepage — and it’s a lot easier to navigate. Capabilities are now organized by Product Line with Squad Prioritized recommendations, so you can quickly see what you’re entitled to and where to focus. Non-application items have been removed to reduce clutter, and AI-powered descriptions give you the context you need to act.

Expand Impact's reach through your partner ecosystem
If you work with a ServiceNow partner to manage your Impact environment, this one’s for you. Partners can now access the Impact Store App across multiple customer accounts through a streamlined process — no workarounds needed. The setup process is straightforward, and if your partner is already registered with another customer’s instance, the system recognizes them automatically. Easier access means faster support and better outcomes for MSP customers.
Available to Impact Guided and Total customers.
🚀 Jumpstart adoption with 8 new Technical Accelerators
We’re adding 8 new Jumpstart accelerators available to all Impact customers, covering: Impact Platform Health, Integration Hub, Data Privacy, Walk-Up Experience, Major Incident Management, Digital Product Release, CSDM for Service Operations, and Modern Change Management. Each includes hands-on demonstrations, leading practices, and key resources to help you get up and running quickly.

A few more updates this release:
- Run the scans you need, when you need them — Admins can now kick off Full or Delta scans directly from the Scan Results list view, without waiting for a scheduled run. Up to 2 scans can run in parallel, and a queuing mechanism keeps things orderly when additional requests come in. Role-based access controls ensure only the right people can initiate scans.
- A more reliable setup with ServiceBridge — ServiceBridge now uses certificate-based authentication for a significantly more reliable connection between the Impact Delivery Instance and the Impact Store App. This replaces an approach that was prone to failures due to instance customizations, reducing setup friction and support burden.
