We are excited to announce a host of new ServiceNow Impact capabilities in the Australia Release!

 

Here are some of the exciting new features now available for you: 

 

Fix Scan Engine Findings with Now Assist 

Got platform health findings piling up? Now you can fix them faster. Use Now Assist to automatically generate fixes for your scan engine findings, then review, revise, or accept AI-suggested changes through a side-by-side code comparison.

 

Note: A Pro+ SKU and Now Assist credits are required to access this feature.

 

The Capabilities Map has a new, simpler look

Your list of entitled capabilities has been streamlined, making it easier to browse and find what to focus on. Each capability now includes a simple description so you know exactly what you're getting.

 

Give your partners access to Impact 

If you work with a ServiceNow partner to manage your instance, you can now give them access to the Impact App directly. And if your partner is already registered on another customer's instance, the system recognizes them automatically, without any manual setup needed.

 

Take advantage of 8 new Technical Accelerators

We’re adding 8 new Jumpstart accelerators available to all Impact customers, covering: Impact Platform Health, Integration Hub, Data Privacy, Walk-Up Experience, Major Incident Management, Digital Product Release, CSDM for Service Operations, and Modern Change Management.

A more secure and reliable setup experience

We're now using a certificate-based authentication for more reliability when you connect your instance to the Impact Delivery Instance using Service Exchange.
