What Permissions Are Required to Edit a Custom Template

What permissions are required to adjust a ServiceNow knowledge template?

One of our designers claims that each field must have its own heading field as well. My manager prefers to have the contents field but not the field label.

I would like to know the permissions (and ideally, the tables) required so I can go in and make the adjustments.

knowledge_admin or admin should be able to make changes to the template.
Whoever is an admin if you are not, should be able to adjust the templates. Not sure if you can do anything about the font though
