Thanks it is working but we need key value pair how we can achieve this.

Alarm OLA : test description of alarm 123456
Alarm RawData : test rawdata
Alarm AlerName : test alertname
Alarm Correlated Alarms : test correaletd Alamrs

This is the value in worknote we need key value pair
