Hi,
I am a veteran HRBP with more than 17 years of corporate experience focused mainly on performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, employee relations/complain investigation and workforce planning. I am looking to shift my professional focus to the technical and process side of HR, so I am considering pursing the CSA and CIS-HRSD. This would be a heavy time commitment, however, and I am trying to get a feel for how realistic it will be for me to find a role post-certification with tons of HRBP experience, but no ServiceNow experience. I am hesitant to work for a big 4 consulting firm because the travel and high hours would be a challenge for my personal circumstances. Anyone here make this sort of shift? How hard was it for you to find a role in the SN universe immediately after certification? I currently do fractional HR, so making an internal shift from the HRBP team to the HR Ops team in a corporate environment won't be a realistic path for me.
