Can I change the Now assist in the Virtual agent name from "Now Assist" to anything else

I want to change the title of the now assist in virtual agent, to "employee helper", I've changed the specific branding the assistant is on but i still see "Now assist" I believe this used to be possible as ive done it before. Can someone please provide some guidance? thanks

Try cache.do and logout and login.

To change the chatbot's display name from "Now Assist," navigate to your ServiceNow Conversational Interfaces Settings. Open the assistant's configuration or branding profile, update the Assistant Name, and save your changes. If the chat window label still displays the default, you may need to update the associated sys_ui_message record
