hello everyone ,
change request risk explanation skill was shown on the change request form beside the risk field after calculating the risk for that form (after clicking "calculate risk" related link or auto calculated by BR) .
in my client instance the form was customized. i explain how it was customized
1. in this change form related link for risk calculation is not appeared directly. it appeared after completing risk assessment. after completing that and clicking on that link risk was calculated and placed in the risk field but skill icon(star) was not appeared in it.
2. the states were customized this way (draft , assessment, test, approval, ready to deploy,....closed)
3. also dont know which fields feeds this skill to generate risk and they are present in this customized change form or not.
please provide solution whether these customizations stops the skill if so is there any way to make that skill appeared.
