Can I change the Now assist in the Virtual agent name from "Now Assist" to anything else

I want to change the title of the now assist in virtual agent, to "employee helper", I've changed the specific branding the assistant is on but i still see "Now assist" I believe this used to be possible as ive done it before. Can someone please provide some guidance? thanks

it did work but not in the place im looking for, the backend values were updated.

Which ServiceNow release you're on (Washington, Xanadu, Yokohama, Zurich, etc.)?

Assistant displayed in Now Assist in Virtual Agent is supported in at least the Xanadu release and continues in newer releases (including Australia).
