ITSM MCP Server plugin shows as paid. Is it included with ITSM Advanced?

Hi,

I was reviewing the MCP Server plugin and noticed that it is marked as a paid plugin in our instance.

We are licensed for ITSM Advanced, and I'm trying to understand the licensing implications:

• Is the MCP Server included with ITSM Advanced, or does it require a separate paid entitlement?
• If it is a paid plugin, what specific SKU or subscription is required?
• Is the capability included only with ITSM Prime, or can ITSM Advanced customers purchase it as an add-on?
• Has anyone successfully enabled and used the MCP Server on an ITSM Advanced subscription?

Any clarification from the experts would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like that is the case. However, I would recommend speaking with your ServiceNow (SN) Account Manager, as they should be able to give you a better understanding and more detailed guidance.  @Amit104
