In some cases, the lab files and instructions are accessed through the eBook rather than being available as separate downloads. Community discussions also indicate that lab resources are tied to the course instance and eBook access.
If you don't see the labs or lab instance details, I would recommend opening a case with Now Learning Support or checking the course FAQs, as access may vary depending on your enrollment type.
