AI Voice Agent- CCaaS Provider (Amazon Connect) configuration Error

We are configuring AI Voice Agent through Assistant Designer. Under Communication Channels > Telephony provider tab, while I am choosing "Amazon Connect" from CCaaS provider drop down list, Call Context API, Client ID and Client Secret values are auto generated.

But, I am also getting this error in form as popup. "Failed to generate required data. Please contact your administrator".
I have already validated and it seems all the required plugins are installed.

Due to this error, we could not move forward with next tab "Caller verification"
Anyone faced this issue earlier and found the solution? please advise. Thaks.

Hi @sunsri80 which screen you are getting this error? can you share the screenshot. usually when you give this data like client id, secret, it should work. Are you having the right role or check if any plugin needed an upgrade.

Hi   Can you repair the plugin once, looks like plugin issue only. when i upgraded and added the right role, it got fixed for me. since you are saying you had a right role, i would suggest to repair it
