Assistant designer caller identification primary method selection list is empty

Dear all,

I am setting up a twilio integration voice agent with Servicenow and comes to a wierds point where I could not find any doc which explain.

In my Assistant designer I have created authentication based on article below :

I have configured a PINCode and a KBA

Then when I come to the Authentication screen, the primary list is empty as seen below :

Where is the place to configure that list ?

Service profile table - sys_now_assist_deployment
Service profile -- > this should be your name of the assistant designer,

in my case, 

Service profile is name of my assistant -- > now assist : IT ServiceDesk assistant, search for your assistant designer name .
