Hi everyone,
According to the ServiceNow documentation, Build Agent Trial is supported on Personal Developer Instances (PDI).
However, I am currently unable to use Build Agent on my PDI.
Environment
- Instance: PDI
- Release: Australia Patch 7
- Build Agent Trial installed
- Prompt used: Create application scope name [Application Name]
- Every prompt returns the following error: Foundry turn error: The server is busy right now. Please try again.
- Is this a known ServiceNow-side issue related to Build Agent capacity?
- Is there any customer-side configuration or workaround to resolve this issue, or is this a ServiceNow platform issue that can only be fixed by ServiceNow?
Please someone help me!
Thankyou.

Since this is for PDI there comes no support from ServiceNow regarding the issue you are facing.
Had it been for a customer instance you could have raised a case with ServiceNow
The only option is to repair and wait

Hi @Tanushree Maiti ,
Thank you for your suggestion.
Regarding your comment that there is no support available for PDI, I would like to clarify my understanding. Does that mean there is no customer-side action available in this case, and if the issue is caused by the Build Agent service itself, the only option is to wait for ServiceNow to address it in a future platform update or service fix?

Hi @Dinh Nguyen
I can see Repair is available in your screen shot.
Here is screen shot from my PDI.
there is no support available for PDI means if your PDI goes offline, hits a bug, gets stuck, or fails to load, ServiceNow support agents and HI portal support teams will not troubleshoot or fix it for you.
