The WordPress site exposes 65 published pages via the REST API; however, the connector discovers only 25 documents. The crawl configuration is limited to date-based filters (Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last Year) and does not provide an "All Time" option. Is the connector intentionally restricted to content modified within the selected time window, and is there a supported method to perform an initial full crawl of all historical content?

The WordPress connector is not intended to be restricted to only recently modified content. ServiceNow supports a Full Content Crawl, which can ingest content from all available source locations. However, Full Content Crawls still respect configured crawl filters. If only 25 of 65 WordPress pages are being discovered, review the connector's crawl settings and any date-based inclusion filters, as these may be limiting the content retrieved.
I assume you must have checked all the Settings. If still an Issue open a HI Case.
In CRAWL Setting please check for - Only Pages, Only Blogs, Only Categories , State etc..
