we want to achieve this in two different ways: 

1. within Service Now, by using AI Agent or any other suitable means.

2. use connector to link with copilot and search stories, demands in copilot

It depends what you are trying to achieve exactly. Do you want to get a regular digest of all ideas coming in?

Solutions could range from traditional reporting, performance analytics, or using AI Search to search and summarize entries from the various tables.

You could also use a custom Skill that summarize data coming from tools (to query the specific tables).

You don't necessarily need an agent for that.
