we want to achieve this in two different ways:

1. within Service Now, by using AI Agent or any other suitable means.

2. use connector to link with copilot and search stories, demands in copilot

WHY You need Agent to search for Demand , Stories or Ideas ???

Either you have not posted the full Problem Statement?

Here's the detailed requirements from the business users:

Project based: we have a lot of story content related to the project: 1000+ stories. It is impossible to keep track of story content, without the ability to search with the use of AI. So within the context of the project, or the theme or the epic.

As an EPO, I need to find demands, Ideas and cross reference content where possible.
