Now Assist in Document Intelligence

Can someone confirm if there is any limit for maximum number of document tasks processed per instance per day by now assist in document intelligence?

Hello @hiteshmanoh ,

The maximum number of document tasks is 2000 tasks per instance daily for standard Document Intelligence.

However, for Now Assist in Document Intelligence separately, I found are:

• Fields per use case: 50 servicenow
• File size: 20 MB on the current docs.
• Pages: up to 200 pages per file

Thanks for replying. The reason why i am not very sure is because the document for limitations in Now Assist in DI, does not explicitly mention that the limitation for maximum number of document task to be process does not apply in Now assist.

I guess it inherits the same underlying architecture and platform limits. The specific limitations page for Now Assist only highlights the additional constraints (like 20MB file size & 50 fields per use case), but might does not bypass the baseline 2,000 tasks/day instance threshold.
