Overlap is expected 🙂 think about it as re-envisioning user expirience and how you are engaging and consuming data, followed by AI innovation; World is playing with consuming all the data via chat (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) not as an simple text but a kind of dynamic workspace with in-chat interactive widgets/artefacts; And serviceNow follows; so "when?" as always depends on what value it can give to your organisation vs cost 🙂 with one caveat: at the state of Knowledge26 it was limited to ootb widget's so experience could be limited to predefined use cases; with the ambition to enable developer to create own widgets so it could be tuned to your needs;
